Revive AI LLC
Website Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 2, 2026
This Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Revive AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Revive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or use our website located at revive.deals (the “Site”), our web application, and related online services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is intended primarily for users located in the United States.
Our Services include an AI-powered lead management platform for home service contractors, providing automated SMS follow-up, email sequencing, AI-powered lead qualification conversations, appointment booking, and related tools, as described further below.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Service and Master Services Agreement (“Terms of Service”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
Notice at Collection (California)
We collect the categories of personal information listed below for the business and commercial purposes described in Article 3, and we may disclose them to the categories of third parties described in Article 4. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by California law (such as providing the Services and maintaining security), and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes of inferring characteristics about you.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements; see Article 6 for more detail. We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Categories of Users and Information Collected
Two Categories of Users
The Services involve two distinct categories of individuals whose personal information may be collected or processed:
- Contractors (paying subscribers): Home service contractors who subscribe to the Revive platform to manage their lead follow-up and outreach. Contractors are direct users of the Services and have accepted our Terms of Service.
- Homeowners (end users contacted on behalf of Contractors): Individuals whose contact information is uploaded to the platform by a Contractor and who are contacted through the Services on behalf of the Contractor. Homeowners do not have a direct contractual relationship with Revive; the Contractor is the party responsible for obtaining consent to contact the Homeowner.
Information Collected from Contractors
We collect the following categories of personal information directly from Contractors:
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, service area, and timezone.
- Account credentials: login information managed through our authentication provider (Clerk).
- Payment information: credit card, debit card, or ACH payment details processed through Stripe. Revive does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
- Integration credentials: Google Calendar OAuth tokens, Zapier webhook configurations, and CRM connection settings.
- Subscription and billing records: subscription plan, billing history, payment status, and account configuration.
- Communications: emails, support requests, and other communications between Contractor and Revive.
Information Collected About Homeowners
The following categories of Homeowner personal information may be processed through the Services. This information is uploaded or provided by the Contractor, not collected directly by Revive from the Homeowner:
- Identifiers: first name, last name, phone number, email address.
- Property information: property address, city, state, ZIP code.
- Lead metadata: lead source (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LSA, CSV upload), campaign identifier, date of lead acquisition, CRM record identifiers.
- Communication records: SMS conversation transcripts (including AI-generated responses), email delivery status, and opt-out records.
- Qualification data: AI-generated lead qualification scores, property-level attributes (such as estimated roof age, damage indicators, and prior work history), and appointment outcomes (booked, completed, no-show, recovered).
- Compliance records: opt-out timestamps and method, DNC check results, and consent certification logs.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site or use the Services, we may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, clickstream data, session duration, and referring URL.
- Approximate geolocation: country, state, or region inferred from your IP address.
We use basic product analytics (page views, feature usage) for internal product improvement. We do not use third-party advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or cross-site tracking technologies at this time.
2. How We Collect Information
Directly from Contractors
We collect personal information directly from Contractors when they create an account, subscribe to the Services, configure their platform settings, upload Contact Data, connect integrations, contact our support team, or otherwise interact with the Services.
From Contractor Uploads
Homeowner personal information is provided to us by Contractors through Contact Data uploads (CSV files, CRM webhook syncs, or Zapier integrations). Revive does not independently collect Homeowner personal information. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all Contact Data uploaded to the platform was lawfully obtained and that appropriate consent has been obtained for the Contractor’s outreach activities. See our Terms of Service, Article 4, for the Contractor’s representations and warranties regarding consent.
Through Platform Operations
Additional Homeowner information is generated through the operation of the Services, including AI-generated conversation transcripts, lead qualification scores, and property-level enrichment data. This information is derived from the Contractor’s interactions with Homeowners through the platform and from publicly available data sources used for property-level enrichment.
Automatically
We collect technical and usage information automatically through standard web technologies (such as server logs and analytics tools) when you access the Site or use the Services.
3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including:

- Respond to legal process, government requests, or enforce our Terms of Service.
Product Improvement and Analytics
We use personal information in anonymized and aggregated form to improve the Services, including analyzing usage patterns, optimizing AI conversation quality, and developing new features. We do not use individually identifiable Homeowner information for product improvement without anonymization or aggregation.
Aggregated Market Intelligence
As described in our Terms of Service (Article 6), Revive may use Platform Data (anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data derived from platform operations) for commercial purposes, including the development and licensing of aggregated market intelligence (e.g., market trends by geography, conversion benchmarks, and property condition analytics). This data does not identify individual Homeowners and cannot reasonably be used to re-identify any individual.
Communications
We may use Contractor contact information to send service-related communications (such as billing notices, security alerts, and feature updates). We do not send marketing emails to Homeowners on our own behalf.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information

Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice of any such transfer and any changes to applicable privacy practices.
